All our products are shipped through the Dutch postal service 'Post NL', under their shipping conditions. All products are shipped from The Netherlands. All products sent abroad will be sent using priority mail. I charge 6.75 euro for items sent worldwide and if multiple purchases are made there are no additional costs (COMBINED SHIPPING GIVEN AT CHECK-OUT).
Items are sent without tracking unless asked for and paid for separately, tracking from the Netherlands costs approx. 26 euros.
Costs for larger items (non jewelry items)are displayed on checkout. Sometimes custom's offices at the receiving country will hold the parcel for a short period of time, luckily this rarely happens.
The customer is responsible for any custom fees or duties.
Please note items are sent to the address given on billing receipt, if the buyer has given an address which is incorrect, the buyer must wait for all the items to be returned to my address for a full refund to be given.If this does not happen a full refund cannot be given .

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Items can be returned within 14 days after receipt of the item. Items will only be refunded when they are received undamaged and complete. Postage for returning the item will be payable by the customer. Returned items without postage will not be refunded. After receipt of the returned item the purchase amount will be refunded. Please check with shop owner before returning item to advise on which postal service to engage for returns.(Standard shipping) Contacting the seller of non arrival of item must be done within 12 months of date of purchase for a full refund to be issued.

Reserved listings are reserved for clients who have asked us to reserve an item for them. A reserved listing can therefore only be bought by the person who has asked us to reserve that item. If someone else buys it, we will have to cancel that sale.
Reservations are always welcome and will be accepted within a reasonable time period, of which is determined by myself. Nkempantiques can always refuse to reserve an item ..
