►Epic Parties by REVO reserves the right to cancel any order that comes into the shop from a customer who has been difficult to deal with in the past.

► CAN A PARTY SET BE SENT IN JPEG?
No. All party sets are created in PDF format only. Files to be changed into Jpeg would take many hours of conversion. I am happy to send you a program to convert the files yourself if needed.

►NO CHANGES OF PERSONALED INFORMATION can be made after your party set order is sent to you. Changes are acceptable only if work on your order has not begun. If your order has been completed, and changes are needed (due to an error not by Epic Parties by REVO), an additional charge will be applied for new files.

► ADDING MORE NAMES TO A PARTY SET (MORE THAN 2 NAMES):
Most of the party sets in my shop have an option for 1 NAME or 2 NAMES. If you need more than 2 names for a party, please add the "A LA CARTE: ADD A NAME" listing to your cart at the time of check out for the amount of custom personalization for the order.

► ADDING AN AGE TO A PARTY SET (MORE THAN 2 AGES)
Most of the party sets in my shop have an option for 2 NAMES & 2 Ages, if you are having a party for more than 2 Names & 2 Ages...you will need to first have already added the "A LA CARTE: ADD A NAME" listing to your cart
AND then need to add the "A LA CARTE ADD AN AGE" listing to your cart at the time of check out for the amount of custom personalization for the order.

► ISSUES WITH ORDER OR MISTAKE MADE BY EPIC PARTIES BY REVO
Please never hesitate to contact us if there is an error with your order. We are regular people and can make mistakes. Corrections are made & sent very quickly!

►INSTANT DOWNLOADS
Are sent through a third party within minutes. Files are Non-editable & do not include any personalized info. Do to the nature of an Instant Download, no refunds will be given once an order is placed. If you wish to have personalized info added, please contact me within 24 hours & I can send you a custom fee for the difference of $6.00 USD between an Instant Download & a Personalized Set.

► INVITATION ERROR OR CHANGE OF INFO:
ONE REVISION is included with your INVITATION SET order. Any additional revisions will be subject to additional charge order fees. Revision does not include errors made by Epic Parties by REVO.

►FOR INVITATION SET ORDERS: You choose your style of Thank you Card. No changes can be made to "Pre-filled" text orders on Thank you Cards.

►FOR INVITATION SET ORDERS, only 4X6 and 5X7 size is available.

►FILES ARE KEPT FOR 90 DAYS ONLY. Once you've downloaded your files to your computer, you may access your files anytime.

There are many factors that vary printed colors. Colors are dependent on your computer, printer, & ink. Colors you may see on the screen may appear different once printed.

►WHERE TO PRINT?
If you do not or can not print at home, I recommend Office Max or Office Depot, Staples, FedEx, Kinkos...or any other local print shop.
