Items will ship via EMS from Panama to the United States in batches, typically on Mondays. Once in the United States and the items have passed through customs, they will ship individually to each recipient via USPS first class or Priority mail, tracking is included. (This method is currently 2-5 day production time & 2 week ship time)

Unfortunately once items have been mailed jYOUlry can not be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. All purchased orders (giveaway winners are excluded) include insurance and jYOUlry WILL replace any lost or stolen packages, but will not reimburse for late packages. We do NOT guarantee delivery dates but will always make every effort possible to ensure orders are received on time!!! If you have a deadline in mind (for a holiday, birthday, wedding, etc...) PLEASE tell jYOUlry ahead of time so we can move up your production date if needed.

CANADA: as a courtesy jYOUlry now offers first class international shipping on orders to Canada ($6)... however... this option may take up to 5 weeks, does NOT include tracking and jYOUlry will NOT be responsible for orders lost by using this method. If you wish to upgrade to EMS shipping ($15) you will receive your order in 7-10 business days and includes a tracking number.
