I ship worldwide, mainly by An Post. Rates for the United States also apply to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. Rates for the UK also apply to BFPO addresses.
For international shipments, any taxes, fees, or other charges (if any) incurred at customs are your responsibility and are not reflected in our shipping charges.
I normally ship within one to three business day after payment has been received.

Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Preferred methods for payment are PayPal or Etsy Check-Out. Credit Crads can be used at either.
I will be happy to place an item on reserve for as long as 2 days. If payment has not been received by the end of the second day, I will send a reminder message. If payment is still not received by the end of the following day and I’ve had no correspondence, the reserved item will again be offered to all buyers and removed from reserved status.
Returns & exchanges
My goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please let me know so I can remedy the situation. If you'd like a refund or exchange, please contact me within 2 weeks, and return the item in its original condition. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
I am quite happy to take custom orders; however, custom orders are not refundable.
All provisions of Directive 97/7/EC and Statutory Instrument No. 207/2001 apply to sales within the EEA. Information required by Distance Selling Regulations will be furnished to EEA Consumers at purchase.
All the photos were made by me, and the colors will depend on the adjustment of colors on your monitor.
