Postage and Handling
All our items are sent with tracking information for your protection and ours.
We endeavour to process all orders on the next business day from receipt of payment. If you order Tuesday we’ll be packing and sending your order on Wednesday.
NB: Express post orders must be received by 9am to be processed that same day (this is an Australia Post regional cut off time frame).
The following services are available at checkout:
Flat rate Standard service (average delivery time is 10-14 working days) $6.95
Where possible we choose to use Sendle, a fabulous Australian Based Courier service for our standard postage, you will receive an email from Sendle with all the details of your parcel as it journeys to your place. Please make sure you pop your current email address in so they can send you updates.
Sendle tracking is available through: www.sendle.com
Some areas don’t have Sendle service, in this situation your parcel will be sent via Australia Post standard parcel post network and your tracking number will be sent to you via the Etsy system and you can follow your parcel via https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track
Flat Rate Express Post Service (Average delivery time is 2-3 days) $10.95
Please note we are based in a rural area as such there are cut off time for express, your order must be in by 9am for it to be successfully in the Express network on the same day.
Express post is serviced by Australia post and your tracking number will be sent to you via the Etsy system and you can follow your parcel via https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/track.html#/track

International Buyers.....We'd love to assist you, however postage to overseas destinations is variable and often expensive from our sunny shores. Please do send through a custom request and we'll send through options and costings for you to consider. Thanks so much.
