FAQs

Processing time includes designing your order, making your order, packing it up, and shipping it. My processing time is 3-5 business days, although I am usually faster. It really depends on the volume of orders I am processing at the time your order comes in. Each order is taken on a first-come-first served basis.

Yes. You can pay a rush fee and I will work overtime to make your order top priority. The rush fee only covers my extra labor and only guarantees a ship-by date; it does not guarantee a delivery date as that is up to the post office. I may or may not be able to accept a rushed order if my volume of outstanding orders is too high.

Yes. I offer shipping upgrades per the post office prices, and can send you a custom listing to pay for the shipping upgrade. Upgrading shipping does not upgrade processing time or bump you to the head of the line.

No. The post office doesn't even guarantee delivery dates unless you pay for Express delivery, and even then they give a 2 day window.

Yes. You are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, etc. if you are outside the US.

No. I really appreciated my European customers, but due to stringent regulations placed on sellers shipping to the EU, I no longer feel comfortable shipping there.

The buyer is responsible for any information given to me such as an address. If you have just checked out and see that you have the wrong address just contact me right away to change the address for you. If your item has already been shipped with an incorrect address you have 2 options: You can either re-purchase the item and I will mail it to the new address, or you can wait until the post office returns the item to me and pay a new shipping fee and I will mail it to you. If the item is lost in the mail because I was given the wrong address I am not responsible for any costs associated with replacing the order.
