• I can make as many as you need, just list how many sheets you need in the quantity box.
• Each personalized sticker is printed on a high quality laser printer using glossy white stickers to ensure premium quality. This is not a matte sticker, this is professional grade high gloss.
• The sticker labels you receive may have slight color variations from what you see on your computer screen as monitors all vary. If you need a very specific color, please contact me to work out the details.
• A proof is usually sent within 24 hours from when your order was placed. Orders are printed and mailed the day after your payment and you approve of the proof (not including weekends and holidays).
All printed orders are shipped via the US postal service priority mail (2-3 business days) or an upgrade to Express Shipping (1-2 days) is available.
*Disclaimer: Please note - I cannot be responsible for weather damaged items, so if you order anything printed that is actually shipped to you, please keep an eye on things with your tracking number so you can be available to receive it if inclement weather is an issue as I will not refund nor replace damaged items due to rain, snow, etc.
Payment is made and paid in full before any designing begins. This also includes custom orders.
Turnaround time is usually 24 -48 hours during normal business hours (M-F, 9-5 EST).
A RUSH order may be purchased at the time of placing your order for an additional $5.00 which ensures you will receive your proof within 12 hours (during normal business hours).
How fast you receive your final digital's or printed orders depends greatly upon how fast you approve your proof!
If an order is cancelled before I send a proof, I will refund however, a fee of 1.00 will be applied and will not be included in your refund. This covers my time and expenses of printing up your order and etsy's relisting fees. This applies to all orders. If a proof has been sent, I will not refund.

Additional return information
All work is final and non-refundable.
You are paying for my time and designing skills. I will work with you to make sure you are 100% happy but I cannot refund as I am paid for my time creating a FANTASTIC invitation, party printable, etc. for you!
**However, with that said, I will accept cancellations and full refund if no proof has been completed and sent to you. If you have received a proof, I am not able to refund as I have already invested my time into creating your custom product.
Although I am most willing to please, I am quite busy and have other customer's. Please refrain from excessive changes once work begins. I reserve the right to charge additional fees if there are excessive changes made. I've listed some helpful thoughts to help below.
1.) Plan ahead before placing your order. Think about and even write out all of the pertinent party information such as date, time, place, etc. 2:) Think about any additional details you want on the invite and where you would like to see it on the invite. 3:) Think about colors and fonts. Most of my designs can be changed but I would prefer to do it right away, not after I've already made several other proofs for your approval. 4:) Be sure to include all info with your order. It's not helpful or productive if I have to go back and check convo's for details. Having it all in one place makes it most efficient for me.
If you would follow these guidelines, I would most appreciate it and be able to service all of my customer's efficiently and quickly!

Please also keep in mind, once an order is approved and finals sent, fees will be charged for changes. Fees are $5.00 per change per request.
