As the orders are flooding in, it may take me up to one week to ship your order. If you need it sooner, let me know and I'll bump you up the list. I ship to the address provided at Etsy checkout. If you have any questions please send me an Etsy Convo.
We do not process orders on the weekends or holidays and can not be held responsible for any shipping delays or loss once a package has been shipped.
Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days (not including the day the order's placed) by:
USPS First Class Package arrives in 3-7 business days once shipped
Payment must be made in full and cleared before the item is shipped.

Returns & exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me and I will make every effort to rectify the problem. A CONVO about your dissatisfaction allows me to address the issue. Please make contact with me BEFORE trying to problem solve with negative feedback.
Any returned items must be returned in the same condition as when I sent them out. They must be returned in their original or similar packaging. They must be shipped Priority Mail with tracking. When I receive the returned items and see that they are in perfect condition, you will be refunded, minus a 20% restocking and handling fee and the original shipping charges.
I can not accept returns or refunds on custom orders.
I do my very best to describe items thoroughly, including the size, color and measurements. I will not refund for size or color issues. In some cases exchanges can be made at your shipping cost.
