No refunds will be accepted unless a mistake is made on my part (wrong color or wrong size that you did not list).I have sizes listed and I go by what you pick in your order.
If you have changed your mind on a color while the dress is still in my care I will do everything I can to help. However if you need a exchange I will see what I can do, two days only after confirmed delivery or before item ships unless its custom order. I hope everyone can understand this due to the nature of my business. Thank you! If you are wanting a exchange in the allowed time frame contact me right away so I can help. No refunds on Custom Orders.
If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order before a item leaves my shop there will be a 35% restocking fee of the total purchase.
