We ship all our items via USPS. We'll provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships out!
*A note to international buyers regarding shipment times and VAT:
We ship international orders via USPS International First Class Mail. It can take anywhere between 7-21 business days for your item to arrive. International tracking data is not updated as frequently as domestic tracking data.
Please be aware that many countries charge a VAT or customs charge in order for you to receive your package. If you decide not to pick up your package and/or do not pay the customs charge, the package will be returned to us. We can offer a refund for the price of the item you ordered, but will not refund the shipping cost.
If you need to cancel or change your order, it needs to be done within 24 hours of purchasing. Once your order ships, we are unable to make changes.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
