Shipping is through Canada Post. I am not responsible for lost items unless a tracking number is requested. Tracking numbers with insurance are $18 and up and may are available upon request to buyers within the US. Please contact me prior to check out for rates. Orders within Canada with shipping fee Of $10 or more automatically come with tracking numbers, insurance is extra. Overseas shoppers, tracking numbers are extremely expensive from Canada. You may contact me and I will get you a quote on your order before you pay if you are wanting a tracking number for your order. Allow 2-3 weeks delivery on all items to the US and 6-8 weeks if you live Overseas. Shipping to Australia, Asia, and the Middle East could take up to 8 weeks. Thank you.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds are issued if items are damaged, defective or not at all as described. Shipping of the items being returned are at the buyers expense. Photos of broken or damaged items will be required before and refund will be issued. Items that have been altered in any way by the buyer will not be refunded. Contact seller prior to returning any items. If you purchased and item and did not request and pay tracking on your order, and you do not receive it, you order will not be refunded. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact me right away so that we can work together to make you happy!
Additional policies
Christmas shopping....the deadline for buying Christmas gifts to receive them in a timely fashion is November 15th if you live within the US, Europe, UK, Germany and Canada. If you live in Australia, Asia, or the Middle East please have your order placed by Nov 1st. This allows time for jewelry to be made, packaged and shipped. Shipping times, and processing always take longer during the holidays not not always guarenteed to arrived by Christmas when ordering outside of the US and Canada and outside of the dates specified for the holiday shopping deadline.
