Buyer is responsible for making sure that their shipping address is correct when checking out.
All items that are shipped to locations within the Unites States are shipped via USPS Priority mail. That way, I can provide you with a tracking number and insurance at no additional charge.
If you do not need your order in a hurry, I am happy to check and provide alternative shipping options that the post office offers.
A limited number of items will also ship to Canada . These items will ship first class mail. Shipping times will vary by location, so please order early.
I am happy to provide Express shipping and global shipping options to additional locations, as well. Please convo me first for a price quote.

Your order will be processed once payment has cleared. Orders are processed in the order they are received and after payment is made.

ALL PERSONALIZED ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. THESE ITEMS ARE CREATED AT THE REQUEST OF THE BUYER.
All other returns are on a case by case basis and within seven days of receiving your items. All items must be in new condition when returned. Contact me prior to returning an item. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

I do my absolute best to keep products, fabrics, ribbons, and other supplies in stock. However, I do reserve the right to substitute fabrics, ribbons, and other embellishments with one of another likeness if quantities become limited or unavailable. This could cause a delay in processing or be cause for cancellation of an order (particularly in the case of a custom order). I will do my best to communicate with the buyer if this is relevant to a particular order.
