Orders are shipped using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, please see specific listing for method used.
*FedEx will be used for large orders, items must be shipped to a physical address as they do not ship to PO Boxes.
Current turnaround time is 5 - 7 business days after payment received plus standard shipping time of 3-5 business days, depending on shipping method used.
**Please note during the Holiday shipping season shipments could take longer due to USPS high volume of deliveries.**

Imagine Celebrations is not responsible for lost, stolen or undeliverable packages and is not able to replace or reship uninsured items. If you would like to add insurance please contact me and I will adjust the items shipping cost.
Payment is due at time of purchase. If payment is not received within 72 hours of purchase, order will be canceled and item will be relisted.
Custom orders: Items will be created once payment has been received. Please keep this in mind when placing order and making payment. Typical turn around is 5 - 7 business days to create item and 3 - 5 business days shipping time, depending on shipping method used.
Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of purchase to receive full refund due to quick purchase of materials needed to create items. Orders canceled 24 -72 hours after purchase will receive a 50% refund, 72+ hours will not be refunded.
