1. Your purchase will be sent in 3 days at the latest.
2. Please make sure the address registered with your PayPal is the address you would like your item to be shipped to.
2. All orders will be shipped within 1 or 2 weeks, and shipped by the service of German Post or DHL Germany. There could be a few days sooner or later deviations. I am not responsible for postal transit times.

3. Orders will be shipped to the address that you enter when you are checking out through PayPal or after payment has been received.
4. If a package is returned to me due the address being incorrect, I can re-send the package to the correct address at the buyer's expense. The order can be cancelled and refunded less the cost of shipping. If the shipping error is on my part, I will re-ship the package at my expense.
5. I send your order with a tracking number but insurance are usually not included. If you'd like insurance on your order, please contact me prior to making your purchase.
6. I do my best to pack the items with care so that they arrive safely and I use recycling material.
