All orders are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. Orders will be shipped with PostNL. Shipping charges are for standard postage and do not come with a tracking number.

You can request for a Track & Trace upgrade to have more insight on the whereabouts of your package. Every order with a total item value of $30 and above will be shipped with Track & Trace automatically, shipping with Track & Trace is $25.

Why do the shipping costs increase when I add more items in my cart?
Each item has additional shipping costs because they are based on their weight. If you add more items to your cart the total weight of your package will be higher, as will your shipping costs. Please note that shipping overages will be refunded!

Please make sure your address on file with Etsy & Paypal is correct as this is where I ship to unless you make prior arrangements with me through an Etsy message.

Unfortunately I have no control over transit time, I’ll mail your order out as soon as possible, this is within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary hugely due to customs. International parcels typically take 1-2 weeks to countries outside Europe but it can unfortunately sometimes take up to 6 weeks.

If a package without Track & Trace gets lost I cannot be held responsible.

Customs forms for international shipments will be marked with the purchase price. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, tariffs, or delivery surcharges assessed by their countries, and should check into those charges before making a purchase.

I'm happy to combine shipping costs and will refund any excess paid. If you're buying several items from my shop and would prefer me to let you know in advance what the combined shipping cost will be, please send me a message and I will be happy to let you know.


If the package comes back unclaimed/unopened because of an incorrect address provided by the customer or unsuccessful attempts for delivery; the customer can pay for reshipping or receive a refund less the shipping cost.

Insurance is optional (but advisable if the item has a high value). Please leave a note to seller when buying your item if you would like insurance on your package. I'll then contact you to let you know the extra cost involved so that you can arrange the additional payment.


Payments

I accept payments made through Paypal, credit/debit cards, Etsy gift cards and certain other international payment methods. Items will not be shipped as long as your payment hasn't cleared.

Coupon codes must be redeemed at time of check out. I do not issue credits/free product in replace of an unused or lost coupon code. I also cannot issue a refund on a prior/current purchase if a coupon code or sale comes up after the transaction was completed.

Buyers will be responsible for all taxes and duties in their country.

If you would like to cancel your order you'll have to do this within 24 hours after placing it, otherwise I won't accept it. If your order has already been packed within these 24 hours it won't be possible either. In case I wish not to continue the transaction myself, I have the right to cancel the order towards you at any time.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you're not, contact me within 3 days of receiving your item, ship it back (in its original condition and packaging which means the labels and/or tags are intact), and upon receipt (in new condition) I'll issue a refund minus the cost of shipping. When returning the goods please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges to me.

Customer satisfaction is definitely my number one priority. If you have any questions about my products, please contact me before purchasing.

COLOR: Please note: One monitor will display color differently from another; please take this into consideration when ordering. I cannot guarantee that what you receive will have the exact colors of what you see on your screen.

Lost packages or delays caused during shipment, custom Inspection or due to Postal carrier failures will NOT be my responsibility nor will a refund be given.

In case the items arrive damaged, I will require photos as proof of damage before I can refund.

FAQ

1. How long does shipping normally takes?
Unfortunately I have no control over transit time, I’ll mail your order out as soon as possible, this is within 1-3 business days. Please note that delivery times vary hugely due to customs! 2. How much are the shipping costs?
When you add all items you'd like to purchase into your cart you’ll see the total shipping costs at checkout. These are based on the cheapest Dutch carrier which is PostNL and are without Track & Trace. Because the shipping costs are based on weight it is possible that the shipping costs for an order with multiple items turns out lower. If this is the case I will refund the excess paid shipping costs back to you. Every order with a total item value of $40 and above will be shipped with Track & Trace automatically, shipping with Track & Trace is $25, if you have to pay more than $25 for shipping you will be refunded the difference.
For instance your item value is $50 and you paid $35 for shipping you will be refunded $10. If a package without Track & Trace gets lost I cannot be held responsible.

3. Why are the shipping costs so high?
Unfortunately international shipping from the Netherlands is expensive. Orders will be shipped with the cheapest Dutch carrier which is PostNL without Track & Trace.
As of January 2014 the rates of all standard international mail shipped from the Netherlands to worldwide are equal. So no more seperate rates for nearby countries, or countries in Europe, all international rates are equal.

4. Will you combine shipping?
If you placed an order and want to place another one, I can combine both orders in one package if the first one hasn't already been packed. I'll recalculate the shipping costs once I packed everything and of course I’ll refund you the difference.

5. Can you give me an update on my order?
If you didn’t choose for a Track and Trace upgrade, I'll unfortunately not be able to track your package. You can request Track &Trace upgrade at check out to have more insight on the whereabouts of your package.

6. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship worldwide.

7. Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order you’ll have to do this within 24 hours after placing it. Otherwise I can't accept it. If your order has already been packed within these 24 hours it’s not possible either.
