Returns & exchanges

Although I have been shopping, decorating, and styling for 40 plus years, I am a newbie to Etsy so please be kind. I'm willing to work with you regarding any legitimate complaint as my desire is that you are a happy customer. I do my best to describe and present the item accurately. However, should you want to return an item, you may send it back and receive a credit with Noble Warming for it's original cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.

Additional policies

Please be aware, as I've presented in several places, Noble Warming items are vintage and they will not be perfect. It is the imperfection in all things, that makes life interesting. The items have history and therefore their imperfections have been acquired naturally. There is always a certain amount of refurbish, up cycle, repurposing I do, so the item has a fresh start in its new home (yours), and yet brings the gift of character and personality into which it has grown.
