We ship USPS, priority mail, parcel post, media or first class. If an order comes in from Alaska or Hawaii the shipping amount will be changed because of the high cost of shipping to these two states. We no longer ship Internationally, but we do ship to Canada. You will be sent a tracking and insurance number.
We accept credit cards through Pay-Pal we also accept BMO . We usually ship out on Tuesdays and Thursdays but sometimes sooner.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
You may return an item for full refund. Please inform us within two days after receiving the purchase of your request to return. We will refund you the purchase price of the item and your original shipping cost. Buyer to pay for return shipping cost. However; if we have made an error on the description we will pay for all shipment cost. We try our best to work with you, our intent is to have happy customers.
