we ship primarily USPS priority mail (2-3 day delivery to most areas), but for lighter items (labels, gift tags and/or calling cards) we ship USPS first class mail. we do not ship internationally.

Payments

a proof (included in notecard & invitation orders only) is not generated until an order is processed. please include your personalization / invitation verbiage in the "notes to seller" box upon check out. payment is accepted via paypal, debit/credit cards or etsy gift cards! 8% sales tax applies for georgia clients.

since the nature of the items calliespondence provides are custom and personalized in nature, we do not offer refunds or exchanges!

please understand that the proofing process, included with orders of notecards & invitations, is your chance to correct any errors.

if you approve an item for printing and did not catch an error, we are happy to reprint for a small fee.

if you purchased an item that does not include a proof, but we goofed based on the information you sent, we will gladly reprint for you at no charge!

we provide proofs within 48 hours of your check out. once you approve your proof, we will send to print and ship out to you within five (5) business days!*

* please note that this is a typical turnaround -- i also have three small children, and sometimes they get in the way of my perfect turnaround time table. ;) please forgive!
