The Bead Bazaar will accept items for store credit within 7 days of the ship date. Items must be returned in new and resalable condition or they will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Sale items are non-refundable. Exchanges will be subject to shipping charges. Please note that we cannot refund shipping charges on returned items. Prior to returning any items, please contact us (inquiry@TheBeadBazaar .com) to request an RMA (return materials authorization) number. Once your return is processed, you will receive a The Bead Bazaar store credit via email.

Items that are not eligible for returns: Monograms, chain by the foot, cord by the yard, gold filled items sold in packs, engraved stamped blanks, engraved cuffs, finished products, displays, stamping tools and kits.

Items must be received by The Bead Bazaar within 7 days of issuance of RMA. The Bead Bazaar cannot be responsible for any merchandise that fails to arrive at our facility.
