Items are shipped with USPS or other methods, depending on the cost and convenience. Tracking and confirmation will be applied when possible.
We try to accommodate buyers in most countries. Please get in touch with regards to your international shipping requirements, as shipping costs will be higher outside the USA based on your location and shipping needs.
Some of our larger or heavier items will come to you by way of a typical furniture moving service. These services will provide an exact price quote to your location when a delivery zip code is provided (we will only charge you this amount - contact us through Etsy Message for your transport quote before purchasing an item). We only use reasonable reliable safe insurable transport services with confirmed good reputation. Since these service companies make their own schedules based on current pick-ups and deliveries through their route, there is no way to gauge their timeline except to say with these services you will need to have a flexible delivery schedule.
Most of our larger items will be professionally boxed and taken to USPS. After providing your ZIP Code through Etsy messenger, we will obtain a quote to ship your item. Please do not purchase your item until we can provide you a transport or shipping quote.
We are unable to offer insurance over 50 dollars on smaller items shipped by USPS, and will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any error on our part will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

Local pickup is also available. Please message us before ordering to ensure you are not charged shipping costs, and to arrange pickup.

Returns & exchanges
We do hope you never need or want to return an item, but we understand that sometimes it may be a necessity. At this time, every return will be handled on an individual basis. Please contact us within 5 days after receiving the item, and we will do everything we can to help.
You may be expected to cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. Again, we can discuss the details, but this would be the worst case.
As some of our products are handmade, they may slightly differ from what is pictured. If your item is not what you expected, or is in some way damaged or defective, we may be able to offer you a refund. These instances will also be dealt with on an individual basis.
Certain countries have very strict policies and as I will do my best to ship to anywhere in the world, there will be times when the item that you as a buyer may want to purchase, it will not be possible for me to send it to you. Kindly understand and we can communicate through Etsy to find the best solution.
