If something needs to be produced please allow upto 1 or 2 weeks for production. I will do my best to make it as quick as possible.

To make the shipment cheapest I use the national post service which takes about 10- 15 business days for delivery, in some casels this duration can extend, but your products will arrive. Please bear in mind that in international orders items might wait at the customs. We are not responsible for delays due to causes beyond our control.

IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY AND/OR NEED AN EXACT DELIVERY DATE please ask for EXPRESS SHIPMENT. I offer express shipment for a very reasonable additional charge, and in most cases you receive the items within a week, if the carrier can not locate you, they call you and try to arrange a delivery schedule. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS SHIPMENT.

In Express Shipment , the carrier charges the same amount upto 0.5 kg weight, so if you buy more products and equate the weight of the package to at least 0.5 kg, your shipping cost of per unit of order decreases, allowing the express option to become more economic.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST ITEMS OR UNCLAIMED PARCELS. Claiming your package is your responsibility. We do not notify customers whose packages have been returned. If you have not claimed your parcel and the order has been returned to us in good shape, we can make a reshipment if you are willing to pay for shipment costs. Unfortunately we do not make returns.
