I ship items within 1-3 business days. I use USPS for smaller items and FedEx or Greyhound for larger items. Everything will be carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival. We insure most of our items, such as glassware and furniture. Shipping estimates are for the continental US. If you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, please contact me first for a shipping price.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We do not offer returns. Most of our items, such as large furniture or glassware, are insured. If it gets damaged or broken in the shipping process, we will contact FedEx or Greyhound, file a claim and THEY will take care of the damaged item and refund the money.
