If you select USPS First Class Shipping, I'll look for the most inexpensive option available. That may be Priority Flat Rate Envelope or Box . If you pay more than $1 over actual shipping charges, I'll refund the overage.
If you want to insure your package, let me know, I'll invoice you for the cost.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Additional return information
If you receive a defective item, please contact me within 7 days to arrange a refund or exchange. Postage will be reimbursed for return of defective items.

All fabric sold in continuous piece. For instance, when ordering more than "1", I will not cut the fabric into 1/2 yards. Trims ordered in lengths greater than 4 yards may or may not be a continuous piece.
