We ship all our items Express to ensure safe and timely arrival as well as acurate tracking.
Our Packaging is done with extreme care and under strict supervision. Our toppers are mounted on a styrofoam base, wrapped in acid free tissue paper, if needed in Bubble wrap also, packed and surrounded by our eco friendly packaging peanuts into a new and sturdy box. Large and intricate toppers may require minor assembly to avoid breakages. Edible Glue and instructions will be supplied in that case. Thanks.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We are happy to say that to date our packaging has proven very effective and no refunds due to breakages have occured. However, we would like to assure you, that if the item arrives and can not be reasonably fixed with the edible glue we provide with shipping. We will refund. Note that Photo proof of damaged item on the day of delivery is absolutely necessary and required by law (food safety code) to be eligible for a refund.
Additional policies

Once a custom order is received and payment has been cleared, toppers are made specifically to order. Alterations are required to be received within 24 hours. Any received after that point, cannot be honored as production has begun. Thankyou foryour understanding.
