Orders ship within 3-5 business days, and often sooner, after payment clears.
Domestic Shipping: United States Postal Service via First Class mail, Priority Flat Rate, or for heavier items by Parcel Post, 3-5 days delivery, on average. In most cases I can provide a tracking number and will email it to you along with confirmation that your item has shipped.
Insurance may be added to your order. Let me know if you would like your shipment insured and I will apply the United States Postal Service insurance rate to your order. Insurance is recommended for breakable items, or if there is a history of packages being lost or stolen in your area.
International: Packages are normally sent United States Postal Service First Class International. Delivery times vary greatly from country to country. It can take from 2 weeks to several months for an international package to reach you. If you would like your item to reach you faster, I can upgrade the shipping to Priority Mail International or Priority Mail Express. Please let me know if you would like a shipping upgrade before you make your purchase and I will adjust the shipping fee. Please note that you are responsible for any/all custom charges, and for picking up packages from your local post office should you be notified by your country's postal system to do so. I do not mark packages as gifts or misrepresent their value.

If a package is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by the buyer, or if a package is unclaimed by the buyer, I cannot be held responsible. The buyer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship the package or a refund will be provided (excluding shipping costs).
Shipping can be combined for multiple items. Please inquire about combine shipping prior to ordering multiple items and I will give you a shipping quote.
I accept payment directly through Etsy or via Paypal.
Cancelation Policy: I understand that sometimes we change our minds. If you should change your mind after placing an order, please let me know right away. An order may not be canceled after it ships.
If payment is not received or arranged within 24 hours of placing your order, I reserve the right to cancel the order and relist the item.
Returns & exchanges
Although I'm sure you will love your vintage purchase, an exchange or refund may be possible under extreme circumstances, such as an item damaged in transit, or grave dissatisfaction. Should this happen, contact me within 3 days and we can discuss a mutually satisfactory solution. I cannot pay for return postage.
Vintage merchandise is not new merchandise and you should expect your purchase to have been loved by it's previous owner. I try to describe items as accurately as possible, and provide pictures to give you a true sense of the item you are buying. I am always happy to send you additional photographs of an item before you purchase it.

Holds/Reserve Items may be placed on hold/reserve for up to 48 hours. If the item is not purchase within 48 hours, the hold will be released. Holds cannot be arranged for discounted or sale items.
Scouting Looking for a particular vintage or antique item? Please let me know. I have inventory not currently listed in my shop, and may just have the item you are looking for. I also provide a scouting service. Let me know what you are looking for, and I'll keep my eyes out for it.
