The Jasmine Essential Oil I offer is high quality FOR USE IN BOTH THERAPEUTIC AND AROMATIC PREPARATIONS. It has the heavenly scent of live jasmine flowers and was prepared naturally making it safe for all traditional uses of jasmine.
Unless you choose otherwise, shipping is done via USPS First Class Mail (to avoid exorbitant Priority Mail shipping charges). I will ALWAYS pay for a "return-receipt" for my shipping to prove the item was delivered. Unfortunately, this adds an extra $0.75 to each shipment.
Any item MUST BE RETURNED at your expense to receive a full refund (including a full refund of your ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES).
Regarding international customers: Most of the items I sell are hand poured by me. I am a sole practitioner, this means I don't buy in enough volume to give cheap prices. Unfortunately, while I stand by the great quality of my product, I can't give low shipping or free shipping most of the time. Canadian shipping charges are much higher than US shipping charges, so, unless you are willing to pay the full price for Canadian or International shipping rate, I don't offer this service. Please contact me, if you are interested in international shipping. Thanks.
Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase and I am happy to combine orders to save on shipping, Just let me know via Etsy e-mail that you are trying to accumulate a larger package to save on shipping. I will wait for payment up to 7 days if you are trying to combine orders
Returns & exchanges
I am happy to refund up to 7 calendar days after receipt of your purchase if you notify me via Etsy email that you would like a refund. All purchases are shipped with "return receipt" from the USPS, so your 7 day window to return does not start until after verified delivery of your item(s).
After 7 calendar days of receipt of your merchandise, I cannot refund.
I am sorry in advance if this causes you trouble, but I have had purchasers claim non-receipt and expect full refund 74 DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT. I am with you, I couldn't believe it either! But until I actually made my policy no refunds after 7 days, I was expected to refund 79 days past purchase date for ANY REASON WHATSOEVER! OMG!
Unfortunately, a few bad apples spoil the whole pie, so I was forced to create this as a strict guideline regarding shipping and refunding. :(
