The Australian government recently passed a new law that will go into effect July 1, 2018 that impacts orders shipped to Etsy customers in Australia. The new law requires Etsy to collect goods and services tax (GST) on certain goods sold to Australian buyers from overseas up to the value of $1,000 AUD. Etsy will collect tax on these orders shipped to Australia. Because of the new law, beginning July 1, 2018, Etsy will collect a 10% GST on orders of value under $1,000 AUD. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make certain that the address on the Etsy invoice is the correct shipping address. If you want me to ship your order to a different person and/or address, you must provide specific instructions to me in the "Note from Buyer" box when you check out your cart, if the name and address is different from the one on the invoice.
Postal tracking is used to monitor the transit and delivery of your package and you will be sent an email notification so you can follow the progress of your package at USPS.com. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that there is a safe and secure place for package delivery. This shop is not responsible for a missing or stolen package after the package has been scanned as delivered.
Orders ship within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday. You will receive email notification from Etsy when your order ships. In the event that the shipment of your order is delayed, you will be contacted prior to shipping.
Per the USPS, and insurance carriers, orders are not considered "lost" in transit until the following amount of time has passed:
Domestic U.S. orders-20 days past the shipping date
International orders-40 days past the shipping date
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. Payment may be made via Paypal or credit card. Etsy keeps your payment information secure. Etsy shops never receive your credit card information.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED. Returns for refund are accepted within 21 business days from the date of delivery for unused merchandise in resell-able condition. All shipping expenses for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless we have made an error in your order. It is recommended that you purchase delivery confirmation and/or insurance when returning your item. Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return. Refunds are processed upon receipt of the items.
Under EU laws, EU buyers have up to 14 days to contact the shop regarding returning items for a refund. The EU buyer is responsible for return postage and for returning the item in its original condition (i.e. suitable packaging, correct address). We will grant the refund once the item has been returned to us, in its original condition.
**** Please be mindful that vintage jewelry components may contain flaws, patina, discoloration or blemishes secondary to decades of storage in varying environments. That's part of the charm of vintage items! However, if you are not happy with your purchase, do not hesitate to return it for a refund.
