After payment is received all orders will be shipped via USPS, most by Priority Mail:
1-2 business days, if in stock 1-2 weeks, if an item needs to be made
If you need an item sooner or by a certain date, please make sure to contact me. I will do what I can to get it to you faster. You can upgrade to Priority Express for faster shipping through USPS.
Orders will be sent with delivery confirmation.
I accept major credit/debit cards through Etsy payment and Etsy Gift Cards.
Payment is due at time of purchase and before shipment.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I want you to be happy! I am careful to post as many pictures as possible and give accurate measurements and descriptions. Your item may look slightly different due to color variations on computer screens.
All items are carefully packaged and shipped, however sometimes this is out of our control. If for some reason we have damages during shipment, please contact me, we can work this out.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please contact within 3 days of receiving the item so that I can help you. I will gladly refund the full amount, minus shipping. Item amount will be credited after the item is received and inspected.
If you would like an exchange, please send the item back in it's original box and in resalable condition and I will send you the new item requested. Please convo me to let me know to expect the package and I can give you a turn around date.
