Your order will be packaged carefully and shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment, unless your order is out of stock.
SHIPPING: Your package will be shipped via Polish Post and will take from 3 to 10 days for delivery. For a lot of overseas shipment we use tracking options.
Your package will be shipped to the address on your Etsy receipt unless otherwise noted.
If you do not receive your item and there is no tracking (economy post) we may issue a total refund 30 days past the estimated date of receipt. This decision is made on a case by case basis.
We take care in our packaging! Damage during shipment would be an extraordinary circumstance. If an item is lost or damaged during shipment we are not responsible, but will work with you to solve the problem. If you wish to add insurance to shipping, you will have to let us know - it is not automatically included.
International Buyers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries (Import taxes, duties etc.).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any item returned must be in original, unused condition.
