Printed onto 300gsm smooth white card.

Delivery timescales (after you receive the dispatch notification) are outlined on my store FAQ's and policies and also below, please consider them on top of the processing times on each item listing if your order is time sensitive.

UK buyers - usually 1-5 working days after dispatch, however please allow up to 10 working days unless you have upgraded to special delivery (quicker next working day service from date of dispatch).

European buyers it usually takes 5-10 working days from dispatch, but please allow up to 14 working days.

Rest of the world - usually 7-10 working days from dispatch (quicker for paper goods), but please allow up to 28 working days.

I send most items via Royal Mail, however due to their weight and value restrictions, I may use couriers for heavier, larger or high value items. I retain proof of postage for all orders & provide tracking codes where applicable. Shipping upgrades such as signed for/special delivery are available at additional cost within certain listings for which I can offer them. I only post to the address on the order receipt. Please make sure your address on Etsy is up to date prior to ordering. Despatch times are detailed on all listings. If an item is returned to me due to an incorrect address been provided if it is personalised it won't be eligible for a refund, if not personalised I will refund minus shipping/customs charge I incur.

If you need something for a specific date/occasion then please message me PRIOR to placing an order to ask whether this would be possible. And I will let you know based on my current order list. I do always try to be accommodating, but please remember unlike the high street chain stores, everything here is made by just me. As such some things just cannot be turned around in a day or two. If a refund/exchange is requested, this will be processed once the item has been returned to me in the same resalable condition it was sent in. Please retain proof of postage as no refund/exchange can be made until I have received the item back. You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs, unless an item is faulty/incorrect. Cancellations must be requested prior to me shipping the item, otherwise a refund or exchange will be made once you have returned the item to me. Please refer to my store policies for full details.

Where possible I aim to recycle packaging materials, so your item may be sent in recycled cardboard boxes or board backed envelopes where appropriate. However if you've paid for gift wrapping they will be wrapped in tissue paper, new boxes/kraft paper and have stickers/washi tape on also. Some of my items need protecting from water such as business stationery/cards/print and as such they will be sealed in a cello bag or plastic container as unfortunately I am yet to source an eco friendly cost effective and waterproof alternative.
