We ship via USPS first class or priority mail. All items are carefully packaged to avoid breakage during shipping. I am no longer responsible for lost or damaged items once an item has been turned over to the postal service for shipping. If the tracking information provided for your order shows delivered, you need to work with USPS to resolve the issue as it is out of my hands.
