Ficus lyrata, commonly known as the fiddle-leaf fig, is a species of fig tree, native to western Africa, from Cameroon west to Sierra Leone. It grows in lowland tropical rainforest.
As a house plant the Fiddleleaf Fig is very easy to grow. Provide morning sun or very bright indirect light and keep evenly moist, not too wet or dry. Trim as needed.
Cultivation and uses: It is a popular ornamental tree in subtropical and tropical gardens, and is also grown as a houseplant, where it usually stays shorter when put into pots than when grown outdoors. Their main horticultural feature are their large leaves. Like other fig species, it can grow to a large tree if planted in the ground. Like all figs, it is frost tender.
The plant you will receive is growing in 3 inch clay pot.
Looks OK for a tiny little Fig Tree. It is smaller than the photo for sure but it's also pretty cheap. Has a quite a bit of brown spotting on a couple leaves (unsure if that's normal, this is my first fig tree experience) when arrived but hopefully it will pull through and start growing. Great price for a small fig start though. Would buy from again!

Came in good condition, a tiny bit drooping, but likely from shipping! Great service.

Shipped and arrived super quickly with a still-warm heat pack. No leaf damage at all! I’ll update later this summer with growth progress. Thank you for this cutie!
