Shipping time quoted by the postal service is 6 -13 business days.
Due to the pricing structure used by the postal service there is no real saving involved with purchasing multiple items. For this reason I do not offer a discount on combined postage. On the up side, this makes your shopping experience quick and uncomplicated.
To try and keep shipping costs as low as possible and affordable to everyone fabric orders are shipped as letters without tracking included. The option to add tracking will be available during checkout for an extra charge. Please understand not taking out this cover is at your own risk.

Once sent, postcodes within this network will be delivered the next business day. Postcodes outside of this network will be delivered by the fastest possible transport links. No specific delivery time is given for these areas, only that delivery will be quicker than standard post. Any duties, customs and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. It is also the responsibility of the buyer to check that items ordered are not restricted or prohibited from being delivered to your chosen destination.

Please understand if the address you give me is not in the correct format or unable to be recognised by your postal service there is a high chance your order will not be delivered. I am not responsible for lost items so no refund will be given if that was to occur. If your order is returned to me because of a problem with the address, the cost of resending it will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

MISSING OR LOSS MAIL
It is rare for items to be lost completely, in most cases letters and parcels are just delayed. I would be happy to submit a missing or loss item enquiry with the postal service for you. These can however only be submitted after an item is more than 90 days late.

Additional return information
Please read the description carefully and check measurements before purchasing. If you are not happy please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. I will refund the cost of the item minus an administration charge of 20% once I received the returned item in it's original condition. I can not refund the initial shipping costs. Any costs involved in returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser.
