Ordering

Once an order has been placed I will will require full payment before I can start to make the topper.
If you require urgency for an order please contact me through Etsy to see if it is possible for me to have it ready and delivered to you in time before ordering.
**NOTE** Please allow at least 10 business days to process orders for postage

Postage


Due to the delicate nature of the topper I take extras care in making sure they can arrive to you in the condition I send them in.
I can not be held responsible if and items are damaged in the delivery process as this is out of my hands.

Express postage is available however please take into account the handling time is still 10 business days.
If you require the item urgently please contact me before purchasing to discuss whether it is possible to fast track your order.

Refunds

Unfortunately I do not offer refunds on products that have been damaged by AusPost.
If there are any concerns on the product you receive please contact me to discuss options.

The items I sell are fragile and require delicate care when packaged and posted.
However once I send the items off via Australia Post it is out of my hands as to how they are treated in the delivery process. Please take into account the various processing times that may occur with your order going through customs.

Payments

Once you have chosen an item you wish to purchase, finalize the sale and contact me for an estimated time in which the product will take to be for delivery to you.
I expect immediate payment to avoid delaying the making process.
I will only start processing your order once payment has gone through.

Once order has been processed and paid for I will then make the items, due to being very busy with orders it can take 1-2 weeks to process the item.
If you require urgency for your order please contact me before purchasing to confirm whether it is possible for me to have your order ready and shipped in time for delivery to you.

Additional return information
Once I send the items off via Australia Post it is out of my hands as to how they are treated in the delivery process, whether it be damaged or lost. So please take into account that if something arrives to you not in the condition I state upon selling it to you then it is not my responsibility and can not unfortunately issue refunds.
If the item is damaged during transit then you must lodge a complaint with Australia Post, If you require compensation then you must purchase insurance. For more details on this please contact me prior to ordering.

I am happy to discuss custom orders if you have any ideas you wish to add of your own.
For large orders I need to be contacted prior to a commitment of sale so we can discuss production times.

** Please note** though non of my items contain nuts or egg it just comes as an extra warning to those that may suffer from any food related allergies that I will not be held responsible for an allergic reactions to the products i produce.

Due to the structure of some of the toppers, lollipop sticks and food grade wiring may be used to construct the topper, removal of these items is crucial before consuming.
