Turnaround from receiving initial artwork to posting is 1-2 weeks depending on busy periods.

Returns & exchanges

If you change your mind after the proofing of the artwork a 50% deduction will be taken from total to cover the design time.

A refund will not be issued unless in the unlikely event your picture arrives damaged. A replacement will be promptly resent after reviewing photographic evidence of the damage for us to claim back the losses.
