All shipping will be via USPS Priority mail or First Class. Most products will ship within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. This may vary depending on the current workload we are experiencing. Domestic purchased weighing up to 16 oz. are shipped USPS First Class mail with tracking. Items weighing over 16 oz. are shipped USPS Priority Mail, which included tracking. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 7 days from the delivery date to report the damage. Must be reported by the original recipient. Reports of damage by a 3rd party will not be honored. After 7 days has passed, claims for damage can not be processed. Damaged items may be replaced at the sole discretions of Tam Tam's Cottage. Photos are required for all damaged good.
