Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I check all products carefully for faults before sealing an order, sizes of buttons are clearly stated on my item descriptions, & all my items are well packaged in padded envelopes. However, in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the items you receive please send me a message on here, so that I may attempt to resolve the issue.
