So happy, these beads are great quality very easy to work with, will purchase again
NEW in 2016 - I've just updated to calculated shipping. This means that the cost of shipping doesn't go up until the calculated weight of the items you put in your cart reaches the next price point - which could be just a few cents. You will be able to see total shipping charges once items are placed in your cart. The cost of shipping has risen in the US as of 2016; my hope is that this new method of calculating shipping will offset some of these cost increases.
Shipping prices include a small fee for each item for packaging and handling. I will usually ship items within three business days of payment for your purchase.
There is a shipping discount applied for multiple items, in the sense that shipping charges don't go up until the total weight of the items you're purchasing bumps the calculated shipping cost to the next price point. You can see this price in your shopping cart once your items have been placed in it. A small handling fee is added to each item in your cart. Calculated shipping is applied to both U.S. domestic and international orders. Please note that, due to the increase in shipping costs for international orders, sadly, I've decided that shipping outside of the U.S. has become too expensive for my relatively inexpensive items. I ship to the U.S. and Canada.
Items are shipped by U.S.P.S. First Class (standard delivery within the U.S. within 3-5 business days). For U.S. domestic shipping, any purchase with shipping costs totaling more than $7 will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail flat rate shipping (delivery within 2-4 days from day shipped).
International Customers: You may have additional customs, import fees, tariffs, taxes or duties, etc. Please check the rules and regulations for your country before ordering. This shop can't be responsible for these fees. International shipping can take 1 to 6 weeks to arrive. It varies by country or and can be affected by whether your package is held up in customs. Unfortunately, I don't have any control over these issues once I've mailed out your package.
I'll accept payment through Paypal and Etsy, which allows you several options for purchasing. I'll also accept Etsy gift certificates.
New York State residents will be charged sales tax on their purchases. The state requires me to charge the sales tax rate of your county of residence. Sales tax in NY applies to the purchase amount plus shipping.
Please pay for your item within 48 hours; otherwise, it will be re-listed.
Returns & exchanges
The first step is to contact me if you are unhappy with your purchase. I will refund the purchase price of returned items if made within one week (7 days) of purchase, with the following exceptions:
The following are not returnable:
Cut chain; Clearance items; Packaged products that have been opened; Strands of beads that have been cut apart; Partially used products of any kind, including partial bead strands, containers of seed beads, etc. Products purchased from any other vendor.
Vintage items may show slight signs of age or wear, but not enough to take away the pleasure of owning, using or wearing them. I'm pretty selective about what I put up for sale.
