You may use my images in your crafts and designs. You may then sell your finished product in a small commercial quantity on Etsy or other online marketplace, craft and art fairs, etc. Copies may not be printed as is and sold as wall art or home decor. They may, however, be incorporated into some other product you make yourself.
-To the best of my knowledge Instant Download images are in the public domain.
-Any copyright on images I sell applies to the image following any changes I have made to the original. For example: restoring or changing colors, repairing tears, altering composition, enhancing text, etc.
-Copyright is not transferred with the purchase of an image. You are paying to use the image as altered by me, not to own it.
-Images in their original form remain in the public domain.
-Images are non-exclusive, which means that others may also purchase and use the same image.
- Images may not be distributed as is, digitally or as printed copies. They may not be published for digital or physical resale.
- Images may not be published for sale on any print-on-demand distribution sites such as cafepress.com, polyvore.com, zazzle.com, and/or other such sites that may not be listed.
- Images may not be distributed as templates such as e-cards, web design templates, scrapbooking templates, etc.
- You may not distribute the images on a network, CD, website, or any other means.
