How long does shipping take?

We are located in the Netherlands in Europe.
Shipping outside of Europe takes 6 to 10 business days (2 to 3 weeks normally) but there is no guarentee. We have no control over how long customs holds on to a package before releasing it into the country.
Shipping to countries in Europe normally takes around 1 to 1,5 week normally (depending on which country)

When i add items to my cart the shipping costs get higher and higher, is there a way to combine them or make them any lower?

We always combine shipping when mulitple items are purchased and try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.
We can also create a custom listing for you with the correct amount of shipping from the start.
Or you can make your purchase and be refunded for all the shipping overages.

Do i get a tracking number?

Not everything is shipped out with a tracking number.
Only the mailbox items (everything that fits through a mailbox such as stickers, pins, cloths, tiles postcards etc) is shipped without tacking and without insured shipping.
Each listing will sepcify wether or not that item is shipped with a tracking number or not.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you want to receive a tracking number.

Do you have Express shipping:

Yes we have Express shipping, please contact us if you would like to order something and have it shipped out with Express shipping.

We are not responsible for the international adventure our orders are on.
We are not responsible if orders get lost in the mail.
We are more than happy to ship orders out with a tracking number or unsured if the customers requests so and pays the additional fees for this.

Shipping to the U.S. and most other countries outside of Europe will take around 6 to 10 business days but could take longer (due to customs) so be sure to place your order in time if it is meant for a special occasion, wedding, birthday etc.
We are not responsible for the delay in shipment due to the fact that we have no controll over how long customs holds on to the package before releasing it into the country.

We charge a small fee for each completed order to cover some of our costs to ship orders out, such as packing peanuts, bubble wrap, bubble envelops, printing out labels and mailbox boxes etc.
These fees are already calculated in the shipping costs.

All of our items are packed with the greatest care.
We use various materials such as bubble wrap and packing peanuts to prevent damages from occuring during shipment.
All our items are shipped out with standard shipping.

Standard shipping means that there is NO tracking number.
As soon as we are back from the post office you will receive photos of your package at the post office with the stamps on it, to confirm shipment.
If you would like a tracking number there are additional fees.
Please contact us for further information about that.
Our items are packed with the greatest care to prevent damages through shipping.
However we have no control over how the packages are handled by the vairous shipping companies.
If you do not want to take any risks we can ship your packaged with insured shipping.

If a shipment takes a lot longer than expected we apologize but there is nothing we can do.
If a shipment gets lost we also apologize but once again, there is nothing we can do.
After we have shipped your item out, it is in hands of the Postal services and unfortunately we have no control over how long they take to send out items.
We also have no control over how long customs of each country will hold an item.
If you have chosen to ship out your item with standard shipping and it gets lost in the mail, we are not responsible.
If you order gets lost in the mail and you do not have insured shipping, there is nothing we can do.
When we have shipped out your order we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping, long shipping times, or lost items.

When we ship out your order we will use the adress that is used in your Etsy order form.


Payments

We ship worlwide
We will ship your items as soon as possible after payment has been received.
Normally shipping will take place in 1 to 3 work days.
We accept Paypal and Credit Cards and Etsy gift Cards.


Returns & exchanges

If there are any problems with a shipment you can contact us at any time and we will help you as soon as possible.

We charge €2.50 for any returned order.
This is a restocking fee and a fee for the used packing materials.
Customer is responsible for re-ship charges.

If an item is received with damages or there is an other problem with your item due to shipping and you have insured shipping, you have to send us 3 photos of the damages so we can send in a claim for you.
If you would like to have your purchase shipped insured please let us know, preferrably in advance so we can change the shipping costs accordingly.
If a shipment takes a lot longer than expected we apologise but there is nothing we can do.
After we have shipped your item out, it is in hands of the Postal services and unfortunatly we have no control over how long they take to send out items.
We also have no control over how long customs of each country will hold an item.
Therefor orders received too late for a certain occassion, due to the postal services, we can not accept returns on those orders.
We are not responsible for orders getting lost in the mail and can not give refunds for orders lost unless you have chosen to have your order shipped insured.
If we have by accident shipped you the wrong item we will take full responsibility.
You can then choose to have a full refund or have the correct item send your way.
In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and only after communication with us. As well as any inititial shipping payments will not be refunded.
Then we will decide if you are eligible for a refund.

If you have been overcharged with shipping costs you will receive a refund for the overages.

When i describe items being in vintage condition, this means that these items have wear and tear for instance, painted glass can have some paint fading or scratches, tin canisters can have some paint fading/scratches or dents here and there, wooden items can have some scratches or wear and tear,
If an item is damaged like a plate or teacop with a chip, this will be specified in the listing.
