I take great care to ensure your custom order is very carefully wrapped and packaged. I do everything possible to ensure your items will arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, due to the nature of fondant, I cannot be responsible for any damage made during shipment.
In the unlikely event that a topper is broken or damaged during shipment, please contact me; I may be able to walk you through a repair.
I do not offer refunds for delays caused by the USPS. I ship about a week before your event date via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days), but delays caused by the postal service can extend shipping time.
USPS Priority Mail does not require a signature and can often be left outside. Please be sure someone is available to receive your package so that it is not exposed to the elements. Humidity, heat, ice, rain, etc., can all cause irreparable damage to your custom toppers. I am not responsible for damages caused by your package being exposed to environmental elements upon delivery.
Unsolicited returns are not accepted and returning an item to me without my prior authorization will not generate a refund.

Though my toppers are made with 100% food safe, edible ingredients, I sell my toppers for keepsake and decorative use only. Some items, such as figurine bodies, heads, numbers, etc., may contain toothpicks, skewers, or wires.
Products used in preparation of your order may include fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, corn syrup, royal icing, piping gel, and food gel colors. Items are NOT made in a nut, gluten, or dairy free kitchen.
Cupcake toppers range in size from 2" - 3" and are designed to fit on top of a standard cupcake. I'm happy to customize your order, just message me.

To personalize your items, include name, age, or monogram in the "Note to Seller" section during checkout.
Please store your toppers in a cool/dry area, such as a cabinet or pantry. If stored in a plastic container, keep lid loose. Products need air circulation to stay firm, or they could soften and go limp. Keep away from moisture and light. Do NOT place in refrigerator! Do not place on cake until day of event.
All items are made in a home cottage kitchen which is NOT monitored by the food and health department. Although my items are food safe and made in a sanitary environment, they are recommended for decorative and keepsake use only.
