I am now shipping without a tracking number to save customer's money. All items are shipped via Canada Post within 3-5 business days of payment. Buyers will receive a notice of shipment once the items have been taken to the Canada Post Office.
Payments
All items ship within 1-3 days of the PROCESSED payment method.
This addresses any delays in shipments while waiting for the buyer's payment method monies to be "cleared" as "paid".
Returns & exchanges
- As soon as the design is accepted (after all comments and changes that the client needs) the design will be printed and sent to the client.
- For the fact that this is an individual business, It is impossible for me to make refunds.
