The frame is in good condition except for the scuffs on its flip stand (photo 5)

Myself, I see the unique piece being a great wedding picture display frame; fitting with a few wedding adornment styles and with a soft, pale, or pastel color scheme. Its unique shape keeps bringing your eyes to it and the incised labrynth like surface design also captures a look. I think it could fit perfect as part of a table centerpiece.

I would be glad to add a note to recipient or make an upgrade of shipping service. A request to upgrade the shipping service will need to be approved within 24 hours after the purchase.

If requested within same day as purchase, I will gift wrap. I usually keep four to five wrapping paper designs but if you have a specific idea, given time, I will do my best to accommodate it. I do charge a small fee for this service if purchase is less than $40 and for boxes with any measurement larger than 15". The fee, in most cases, will range between $1.25 - 4.00. Very large boxes or uniquely shaped items may require slightly more and quoted on case by case.

Clothing is measure while flat but measured in many places and to the best of my ability. I typically do accept returns/refunds or exchanges but the return shipping is the buyers obligation in most situations.

I take great care when packaging each and every shipment; no matter the cost of purchase. All shipments will have a tracking number.,

SHIPPING CHARGES
I chose not to use the calculated shipping and encourage shoppers to email their zip code to me so I can give an exact shipping cost. If my quoted shipping cost is more than $3 over actual cost, I will gladly and promptly refund the difference.

WHY I DO NOT USE CALCULATED SHIPPING FEATURE
Shipping costs vary depending on many factor, pick up zip code and delivery zip code, size of package, weight of package, service carrier, type of service, and any extras to the basic shipping type. At best, one of these factors is an unknown at the time of listing; that would be buyers zip code.

Also, at STUFFEZES I like to keep an eclectic assortment of items which means shipping requires a large variance of box sizes and of weights. I am an eco- conscious individual and will reuse boxes that are in good condition, so I don't have a group of set box sizes for each of my varying items. I choose the best fit for the item and its appropriate packing material.

Then, if combined shipping is desired, one has another unknown at the time of listing; I don't know what other item will be purchased, its size, weight, nor whether it may have special specifics. Combined, these factors make a predicted shipping cost extremely difficult and its results very much just an estimate.

The cost of shipping shown under my Shipping tab of the listing is based on packages weight, dimensions, most appropriate container, and delivery from zip code 78616 to the zip code 98008 (so shipping from town in Texas to town in Washington).

GETTING EXACT SHIPPING COST

Shopper may request exact shipping cost by emailing a request which Includes the email address to be used, the delivery zip code and how soon you need the shipment. I will provide the new balance amount within 24 hrs.

Keep in mind the cost to your zip code has the possibility of being higher than quoted cost and once the exact shipping cost is requested, it will be the cost charged.

I try to provide the most adequate protection and cheaper cost rather than the speediest delivery time. But ALL PACKAGES WILL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER .
If customer wants the item sooner, I have no problem doing so but they will have to request such service by emailing the above information to me.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS

I do not place a cost in the "additional items" box on the listing because my inventory varies greatly in respect to weight and size. Please contact me for recalculated shipping charge if you wish to buy more than one item.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you purchase is needed quickly, please contact me with you desired delivery time and I will email an accurate shipping cost for that service.

Any special requests must be requested at least a full 48 hrs. prior to payment deadline to allow for response.

PRICE NEGOTIATIONS

PRICE NEGOTIATIONS Depending on the price I purchased an item for I may or may not have the luxury of considering offers other than stated price. So interested shoppers are welcome to make a counter-offer for me to consider. There must be a completed negotiation before buyer makes the purchase.

PAYMENT DEADLINE

Payment in full is due within 5 days. Texas residence need to add tax to the items listed amount. Purchases will not be shipped unless payment has been made in full.

PREFERRED METHOD: Etsy Direct Check Out or Pay Pal

ACCEPTED FORMS: major credit cards and Etsy coupons.. Payment by credit card may take 24 hrs longer to clear.

Anything else will have to be handled on a case by case evaluation and should be started early.

Additional return information
VINTAGE & ANTIQUE ITEMS

NON-MECHANICAL ITEMS Due to the age of these items, returns are accepted only when grossly misrepresented or damaged in shipping due to sellers negligence. Buyer must email notice of reason for intended return. To prove seller negligence I would ask to see photos of damaged unopened box, opened box, and of damaged item with all pieces. This does not automatically qualify the shipment for refund but is only way to decide if so.

If refund is granted, item will need to be shipped back within 3 days after refund is granted and item must be received in expected condition. Once item is received back as expected, a refund of item price + original shipping cost will be issued within 3 business days.

MECHANICAL ITEMS If working when purchased, any mechanical item that quits working within a month and under normal situations will be accepted for refund if all else is as it was when shipped. Notice of reason for return needs to be emailed to seller within a month and item must be returned and received in expected condition within 3 days after refund was granted.

Once item is received back as expected, a refund of items price + 1/2 of original shipping cost will be issued within 3 business days. i refund 1/2 of original shipping cost because I feel one must realize such an item has a potential to work anywhere from an hour to years. And if I have foreknowledge of potential for fault I will mention this in the listing. (i feel the need to say.."scouts honor")

HANDCRAFTED ITEMS

Refund will be granted for any reason if notice of reason for return is received within a month from buyers receipt of item. Notice of reason for return needs to be emailed to seller within the month after receipt of item. Item must be returned to seller within 3 days after refund is granted and must be received in expected condition.

Once item is received back as expected, a refund of the items price + original shipping cost will be issued within 3 business days.

ITEMS I DO NOT RECEIVE BACK

If an items is shipped back for refund and I do not receive it, buyer is responsible for the item and there will not be a refund issued to the buyer. So be sure to have a tracking number for your return shipment.

Any other issues will be heard and considered; remember the payment deadline and allow time to meet it.
