The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Product returns are allowed as long as the product is returned in its original package within 30 days of purchase.
In the event that merchandise is returned, if the order is under $20.00 we will deduct $5.00 for shipping from the refunded amount. If the order is over $20.01 we will deduct $8.00 or 10% (whichever is greater) from the refunded amount.
