{Production Time}
Production time (turnaround time) is usually 1-2 weeks. Sometimes I am able to get orders out very quickly, while at other times it may take up to the two weeks for your order to ship. This greatly depends on how many orders I have coming in. Orders are completed in the order in which they were received. Do you need your order in a hurry? Please purchase our "Rush My Order" listing, you must message me BEFORE purchasing this to make sure that I am able to rush that particular item in time.

All orders ship through USPS.
In most instances, orders ship via First Class Mail (estimated 3-5 days).
However, Priority Shipping (estimated 2-3 days) and Express Shipping (estimated 1-2 days) is available for an additional cost. Please contact me before ordering so that may be included with your order.

International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Mail (delivery times vary by destination).

I do not guarantee shipping or delivery dates of any type. I will always do my best to accommodate your time frame but can never guarantee your order will arrive by a certain date.

{Lost Mail}
Once your order has shipped- It is out of my hands. Please contact the postal service for issues regarding your package. I am not responsible for "lost" mail, as I have delivery confirmation for each order shipped.

{International Customs}
Buyer is responsible for all applicable duties, taxes and custom fees assigned by your customs and or postal service.


I accept PayPal, debit/credit cards, or Etsy gift cards. No checks, money orders, or cash please. Payment must be cleared before I will begin working on your order. If you feel the need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours, I will not cancel or refund your order.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you feel the need to cancel, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of purchase, no refunds will be issued. All Custom Order sales are final.

{Returns & Exchanges}
Due to the nature of my work, and the time spent working on each individual order, I do not accept returns. If you have a problem with an item you receive you must contact me within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange of your Item. If a size does not fit you may exchange it, once the item is received a new item will be sent. I request that you pay the return shipping. An order may only be exchanged once.
