Item details

This is a handmade plastic mold that is very flexible. It features an antique-styled necklace pendant designed for a "bib" necklace. Also, the resin piece to the side does not come with the mold, it is simply there to display what a finished product from this mold looks like.

BEFORE PURCHASE:
Most of my molds are MADE TO ORDER meaning it could take 2-4 weeks to make the item and be ship it out. Please take into consideration that molds take an amount of time to make especially depending on how many orders are coming through. I take great pride in my work and make sure that all of my items are made to the best of their ability. However, I do keep some molds on hand so that they do not take as long to ship. Please consider this before time of purchase.

PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS & DISCLAIMERS
• For your safety, DO NOT use a mold for food that has already been used for non-food creations (i.e. resin, clay, plaster, soap, candles, etc.)
• Molds are specifically designed for use with resin and might not be considered deep/big enough for soap, plaster, or candles.
• Molds might have some slight watermarks and/or imperfections in them. Simply glaze your piece. This is common in handmade molds.
• Molds are not guaranteed to set completely flat on a surface. Therefore, you may have to prop the mold up to it's desired position. Most people use a bowl filled with uncooked rice or sand.
• If you have issues with removing pieces from the mold, please resort to removing them with the "ice" method. These molds are very flexible, but are not indestructible.
• It is recommended that you clean/brush out your mold at least before first-time use to remove any possible debris that might be residing in the mold cavity and so it won't get into your creation.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

~ FOR LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES IN MAIL (NO INSURANCE) -
• I am NOT responsible for lost/damaged packages in mail. However, I do offer insurance upgrades on all packages. Please consider purchasing the insurance because it will protect you if your item is lost/damaged.
• If you did not purchase insurance, then it is out of my hands if your item is lost/damaged. However, you may contact your local post office or USPS.com for help.

- FOR LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES IN MAIL (WITH INSURANCE) -
• I can offer a refund on items that are lost/damaged IF insurance was purchased with shipping. I CANNOT offer a refund on any item that you deem to be "lost" but marked as" delivered" on the tracking information (if this happens, you must contact your local post office or USPS.com).
• For DOMESTIC packages, you must wait 21 days before I can file an insurance claim items as lost/damaged.
• For INTERNATIONAL packages, you must wait 45 days before I can file an insurance claim on items as lost/damaged.
• For any package sent to ITALY, you must wait 60 days until I can file an insurance claim on items as lost/damaged.
• If you claim that your package is lost, but the tracking information shows it as delivered, I CANNOT be held accountable. You MUST contact your local post office and provide them with the tracking information to track down the package and/or file a claim with them OR at USPS.com.
• You MUST sign and file an affidavit BEFORE I can issue you a full refund or re-send you your item. I will set up the insurance claim process, all I need you to do is fill out your portion of the affidavit.
• If your item was damaged in the mail, please take photos and hang onto the product as they will be needed for insurance claim purposes. If you throw the item out and do not take photos of the damage, it could void the insurance claim.

- FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED TO SENDER/SELLER -
If a package is returned to me due to being provided with an incorrect/undeliverable address at checkout, then I cannot issue you a refund on the shipping cost. However, I can issue you a refund on the item. To avoid this, please make sure your shipping address at checkout is correct. If it happens to change or it is incorrect after you completed the checkout process, please message me immediately so that I can fix the address manually on my end before shipment. If I am not messaged before I shipment, then this does not entitle you to a refund.

If you would like a custom order, please send me a message and I will try to fulfill your order as requested. Please allow at least 1-4 weeks for your order to be completed and uploaded as most of my projects take dedicated time and care.

1.) My package didn't arrive in the mail, but the shipping is marked as delivered. Can I get a second item or a refund?

No, this does not entitle you to a refund or a second item. This is a situation that is at the fault of the post office and you MUST contact them to get your package. You may also contact USPS.com. (This is also stated in my shop policies section).
