Tracking Information (domestic orders only): When your order ships you should receive an email that includes your USPS tracking number. Please note that the USPS does not always scan the en route package . It is very common for it to get scanned when it leaves us and again when it gets delivered.
Address Changes / Wrong Address: If you accidentally entered the wrong address when filling out your transaction don’t worry, it happens. Please contact us ASAP to correct the address.
If we have already shipped your package you will be responsible for contacting USPS to correct it. If the package gets sent back to us you will need to pay for return shipping.
Other IMPORTANT Notes About Shipping: Once we drop your package off at the Post Office it's delivery speed is out of our control.
We're happy to help you locate your package/tracking information and assist you with the shipping process, but please keep in mind that USPS is a separate entity from us.
We are not responsible for any USPS lost packages. Please contact USPS if you fear your package has been become lost in the mail. We do offer insurance for your packages if you are worried about a non-delivery or loss.
International Shipping: We ask that international customers are patient when it comes to the arrival of their package. It can take up to a month to receive your package if it's being shipped abroad. We are not responsible for customs duty and other charges that might be charged to the customer by their country's customs and duty department or authority.

Returns are accepted only within 5 days of recieving an order.
We request all the customers to please contact us if they have even a small doubt or a question about our products as sometimes it's not possible to describe every single detail of a product.
Still we will be happy to make refunds less shipping charges on unused/ unopened/resalable items if you are not 100% satisfied with your order.

Limited 12 Months Warranty
Below warranty is for SCISSORFOBZ Scissor Fobs only. We stand behind the quality and workmanship of this product. We will repair the product for free to fix any faulty manufacturing workmanship(from the day of purchase and not the day of registration. The customer must send us proof of purchase date) The repair will be done to fix the actual product only(in this case actual Scissorfobz and not the packaging material or other parts that come with the packaging) by repairing using same/ similar/ matching components to make the Scissorfobz functional again. The customer will be responsible to ship the product to us by pre paying for shipping(we will not be responsible for any lost shipments ). We will be only responsible for free repair and the cost of shipping to send back the product after repairs. The quality and workmanship Limited 12 Months warranty does not cover the finish, plating or other cosmetic problems that can happen due to the course of time of use on the components. Limited 12 Months warranty is not transferable and does not apply to pre-owned Scissorfobz .
Accidental Damage to the product In case of accidental damage of the product or components which are out of 12 Months warranty limits, we offer to fix the product for $4.99 + shipping. The repair will be done to fix the actual product only(in this case actual Scissorfobz and not the packaging material or other parts that come with the packaging) by repairing using same/ similar/ matching components to make the Scissorfobz functional again.The customer will be responsible to ship the product to us by pre paying for shipping(we will not be responsible for any lost shipments) We will be only responsible to fix the product for $4.99 + tax and cost of shipping to send back the product after repairs. This coverage is extended to pre-owned Scissorfobz owners also.

Send us back your old Scissorfobz and get the new one from our website www.scissorfobz.com and we will give you up to 40% off your purchase via mail in rebate(Must buy from our website only .Some other Limitations apply). 0-6 months old - 40% (maximum value limit $10.00) 7-12 months old - 25%(maximum value limit $7.50) * Must buy new Scissorfobz from www.scissorfobz.com only. Purchases made on Etsy,Amazon, ebay, other retailers, or at trade shows are not valid. Must include the original receipt with purchase date(registration date is not valid), original packaging box, extender chain and Certificate of authenticity. The original packaging must be in good condition, as we will sell it as a pre-owned to the next interested customer. Customer responsible to sending us the old scissorfobz pre-paid(we are not responsible for any lost packages)
SCISSORFOBZ Scissor Sheaths can be exchanged or returned in case of defective or damaged product. Customer is liable to send the shipping pre paid product back and we will ship the exchange free of cost or for full refund including the original cost and shipping. In case of change of mind of buyer on an item, buyer is liable to send the unused/unopened/undamaged product shipping prepaid back to us and we will issue the original product cost less original shipping.
