The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Yes, we offer returns and refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, the buyer has seven days from the receive date of the item to return it. Refunds for returned items will be given in full (minus shipping costs), provided the item arrives back to the shop in the same condition of which it was originally sent to the buyer. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs. Please notify me of the returning item so that I can be on the lookout for it.
In the case that a product is damaged during the shipping process, please take photos immediately after opening to document the incident and message me. Buyers will still have the option of getting the refund stated above. Replacements are on a case by case basis.
