|IN GENERAL|

Once payment has been processed packages ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise discussed. We do our best to recycle and use recycled products for shipping and wrapping as often as possible.

Bohemian Salt is located in Portland, Oregon and we ship to anywhere & everywhere.

- Shipping within the continental United States normally takes 2-3 working days.

-Packages shipped to Alaska or Hawaii normally take 5-8 working days.

-Shipping to the rest of the world takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although customs can occasionally delay packages further.

|EXPEDITED SHIPPING|
Expedited shipping (estimated 1-2 days) is always available. There is a listing available for expedited shipping. Just add this to your cart prior to checkout.

|US CUSTOMER SHIPPING ADDRESS|
For US customers, only shipments to addresses verified by the US postal service are guaranteed.

|SHIPPING ADDRESSES|
Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
If it is incorrect and the package is not received, you are responsible for the lost package or for any additional shipping charges to re-send it if the package is returned. The buyer may submit additional payment to re-ship the returned package.

|GIFTS|
Ship your gift to a friend or loved one with your short message for no additional charge. Please send a note at checkout specifying the recipients address and what you wish the note to say.

|CUSTOMS / DUTY FEE|
All items ship Internationally will go through Customs, and therefore will have a description and price declared on custom form.
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We accept payments directly through Etsy and PayPal.

Payment must be received prior to items shipping out.


|CUSTOM ORDERS|

For custom orders, full payment is required upfront.

You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

|PAYMENT ISSUES|

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. If you are having any issues with payment, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in anyway that we can.


Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
|SHIPPING & DELIVERY|

We ship anywhere in the United States and most places internationally. Orders will shipped within 3-5 business days (unless otherwise discussed).
All items are carefully packaged and shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail including tracking. International items are shipped USPS Parcel Post Mail with a tracking number. Please allow 7-10 days for arrival. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email receipt. As soon as we've shipped your item, you will receive another email notifying you that it has been shipped.

We do not refund for lost or stolen packages.

If you need your item by a specific date, please contact us – we'd be happy to expedite the shipping of your item if possible.

|RETURNS|

We accept exchanges/store credit for items purchased within 21 days. We cannot accept returns at this time. Items exchanged must be in a new condition. Shipping charges may apply.

|REPAIRS|

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. If the item was purchased within 3 months and is broken due to craftsmanship, there is no repair charge. If the item was purchased over 3 months ago, and/or was broken due to no fault of jewelry's craftsmanship or materials – the item is subject to a repair fee. For any questions or to inquire about a repair, please email info@bohemiansalt.com.

|SALE ITEMS|

Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. If you purchase an item that goes on sale at a later date, we are not able to honor the lower price.

|RETURN SHIPPING COSTS|

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If your package is returned "refused" or "unclaimed" (due to an unauthorized
cancellation, change of heart, or incorrect address) re-routing fees or any additional shipping charges to reship your item are the purchasers responsibility.
