Most orders ship within 24 hours either via first class package (2 - 5 days) or priority mail (1 - 3 days). We recommend priority mail for the best shipping experience.

We use Etsy's shipping calculator to calculate shipping costs for both domestic and international orders, so shipping costs will adjust depending upon what is added to your cart.

Please note you are responsible for all customs duty fees and import taxes. Please check your country's laws to determine how much, if any fees you may face upon receipt of your order. Neither our company or Etsy can determine these fees at the time you place your order.
We may, at our discretion, insure your package against loss or damage at no additional cost to you. Some countries have less reliable delivery systems than others. So we may elect to provide coverage for your order. If your package is insured and is lost or damaged, we will send you an online affidavit form from our insurance provider. You will need to submit the affidavit to receive a refund. This process is very quick and simple, and is necessary to verify lost and damaged package claims.
Please note we cannot verify international addresses for delivery accuracy as we can with domestic addresses. Therefore we rely on the address you provide us and trust that it is accurate and deliverable. If your address is deemed undeliverable, or your package goes unclaimed and is returned to us, we will refund your order, less the shipping paid. Please ensure your shipping address is correct during checkout!
Orders shipped to addresses in Colorado will require sales tax which is included during checkout.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with any of our products, or simply need to return them, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full product refund. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, however. Items must be returned in new, resalable condition. Items which show clear signs of heavy use, abuse, tampering or other damage will not be reimbursed.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your products get lost or stolen while in transit or after delivery, you will need to file a claim with you shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you if you don't know how to do this. Please let us know if you need help.
In addition to our standard, 3 month limited warranty which can be found below, should any items in your order arrive broken or malfunction within the first 30 days, please contact us for a refund. Upon receiving the item, we will inspect and test it to determine whether there is a manufacturing defect. If there is, we will reimburse you your shipping costs and ship you a working replacement at our expense.
Please note, our paper punches are tested to perform well with 80lb paper and lighter, which should cover most card stock and similarly thin materials. While thicker paper and other materials may certainly work with our punches, you may find usage to be difficult depending on the intricacies of the design and materials you're using.
3 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY
Punch Bunch™ paper punches come with a warranty against defects in materials, design, or workmanship, for three months from the original date of purchase, when used in accordance with all operating instructions and recommended media.
Punch Bunch™ paper punches are warranted for use with paper weight up to 80lb and lighter. While thicker paper and other materials may be used with our punches, Punch Bunch™ will not be responsible for malfunction or damage caused by the use of other media.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, PUNCH BUNCH™ MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND PUNCH BUNCH™ SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. PUNCH BUNCH’S LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT. PUNCH BUNCH SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGALS RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
Proof of purchase showing the date of purchase from either Punch Bunch™ or authorized Punch Bunch™ resellers is required for warranty service. You may obtain warranty service by contacting the Punch Bunch™ customer support department for return authorization. Products sent to Punch Bunch™ facilities for repair without authorization will be returned to you at your expense.
Punch Bunch™ will repair any defects covered under warranty at no charge within approximately 7 - 10 business days. The original warranty on your product remains – it does not restart from the repair date. Except as otherwise provided by law, you may be required to pay all shipping charges, and you will be so notified at the time that you request an RMA from the Punch Bunch™. Upon return of the product and finding that the service required is covered by this warranty, we may repair or replace the product, at our discretion.
